Returns Policy

At Anglian Sports Nutrition Ltd we take pride in knowing that you are satisfied with your purchase! If for any reason at all you are not totally satisfied with your product, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund (less shipping), exchange, or credit towards a future order!

Please be sure to follow our return policies and instructions, following them closely will ensure a hassle free return and credit!

1. The product must have been purchased directly from Anglian Sports Nutrition Ltd in order to receive a credit or refund. If you have purchased your product from a sports/health shop or other outlet then you must return to them. We cannot give refunds or credits for any product purchased at any other location.
   
   
2. Package your item(s) to be returned securely, along with a brief letter describing your reasons for return, and write Return clearly on the outside of the package.
   
   
3. Send your return to:

4. Upon receipt, Anglian Sports Nutrition Ltd. will begin to process your return. Please allow 4 weeks for a refund. If you wish, you may request an exchange or credit towards a future order (these can be processed almost immediately).
   
   
5. Anglian Sports Nutrition Ltd. cannot refund original shipping and handling fees.
   
   
6. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returned items unless otherwise agreed by the management of Anglian Sports Nutrition Ltd..
   
   Damaged Goods Claims:
   
   Anglian Sports Nutrition Ltd. endeavour to use the most reliable freight service.
   All deliveries must be checked for damages upon arrival and before signing the delivery receipt. Any damages must be marked on the receipt and reported to Anglian Sports Nutrition Ltd. before the end of the day, so we can arrange for a courier to return for assessment.
   

Title of goods

Goods remain the property of Anglian Sports Nutrition Ltd. until all payment has been received. Recovery of unpaid goods will be in accordance with the law.
